The rights in this policy in respect of returns, refunds and warranties are additional to statutory rights that consumers are entitled to under various Australian statutes. We do not accept goods for return if the goods are not faulty, but you have simply changed your mind as to your requirements or the goods have been purchased for a third party that simply doesn’t want them.
We may deduct an amount from any refund where:
a. you have obtained commercial use from the product.
b. where damage to the goods has been a result of negligence or misuse.
Buyer needs to arrange postage and cover associated costs of returning goods. Notwithstanding the rights of purchasers under Australian statutes we shall not be liable for the loss of income, profits, contracts or the like as a result of a product failure.
